Agreement

By subscribing to Nervous Club or using our website, you agree to these terms. Nervous Club is operated by Ben Olsen in Tacoma, Washington.

Subscription

  • Nervous Club is a monthly subscription service. Current pricing is listed on our website and may vary by plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • Sign up by the end of the month and your first letter ships on the 1st of the following month.
  • You can cancel at any time through your account on our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are not available for letters that have already shipped.

Shipping

  • Letters ship via USPS within the United States.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid mailing address. Update your address through your account before the end of the month to ensure delivery.
  • We are not responsible for letters lost or damaged by USPS after mailing.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in during signup, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Nervous Club. These messages may include:

  • Shipping notifications when your monthly letter is mailed.
  • The occasional note about your subscription — like next month's theme.
  • Account or billing notices that need your attention (e.g. a payment or address issue).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. See our SMS Program page for full details.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

All content in Nervous Club letters (art, cards, videos, lists) is original work by Ben Olsen unless otherwise noted. Subscribers receive physical items for personal enjoyment. Content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nervous Club is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the current billing period.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
