How It Works

When you subscribe to Nervous Club, you have the option to provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS text messages. SMS is completely optional and is not required to subscribe.

After completing your subscription checkout, you'll be taken to a welcome page where you can optionally enter your phone number and check a box to consent to SMS messages. You can also opt in later through your subscriber portal.

What Messages You'll Receive

By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages from Nervous Club:

  • Shipping notifications when your monthly letter is mailed.
  • The occasional note about your subscription — like next month's theme.
  • Account or billing notices that need your attention (e.g. a payment or address issue).

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency is approximately 1-2 messages per month — typically a shipping notification when your letter is mailed, plus the occasional note about your subscription. You may also receive a message about an address or billing issue that needs your attention. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You can subscribe to Nervous Club without opting in to text messages.

By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Nervous Club as described above.

Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
